Robert N. Goodman is President of Resmark Apartment Living. The founder of Resmark, Mr. Goodman has more than 35 years of experience in real estate finance and asset management. Since establishing the company in 1995, he has guided more than 130 development deals, with over 21,900 units of residential single-family and multifamily real estate, representing over $6 billion in cumulative and projected sales. Currently, Resmark manages over $950 million in investment capital.

Mr. Goodman has managed private placements, corporate restructurings work-outs and complex debt-for-asset swap transactions on residential tracts totaling more than $10 billion for real estate companies across the United States.

Mr. Goodman has served on the boards of directors of four publicly traded real estate companies, including two REITs. He also currently sits on the boards of the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California, the Los Angeles Police Foundation and the Board of Regents of City of Hope. For many years, he was on the boards of City of Hope National Medical Center (including two years as Chairman of the Beckman Research Institute) and Oakwood School (an independent K-12 school in North Hollywood, California).

Mr. Cohen joined Resmark in 2001. With more than 19 years of real estate experience, he has been involved in the financing and development of over 10,000 residential units in the United States and Israel. Mr. Cohen's current responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategy for Resmark Apartment Living. Previously, Mr. Cohen established the firm's Northern California Division in 2003 and successfully expanded its California operations. He also led Resmark's emergence as a key player in the area of direct investments in land and housing in 2007.

Prior to joining Resmark, Mr. Cohen was a member of Fieldstone Communities' management team, where he was responsible for land acquisition and entitlements, product design, construction management, and sales and marketing operations for multiple projects. Before arriving in the United States, he served as an operations manager for Peled Residential Construction in Israel and prior to that as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Ms. Bartlett joined Resmark in 2007. Over her 16-year real estate career she has held leadership positions in asset management, development, and finance for multifamily, commercial and residential properties. Previously, Ms. Bartlett managed the Asset Management Department for SunCal Companies, and served as a Vice President/ Regional Manager at Fremont Investment & Loan managing the Los Angeles and San Francisco regions. Prior thereto, she held positions at Tarsadia Hotels, Finova Realty Capital, and Sperry Van Ness. Ms. Bartlett earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.

Ms. Wilson has been with Resmark since 2005, and performs all the investment underwriting functions for the company. Recently, she led the asset work and oversaw construction completion of The Avenue, Resmark's 180-unit apartment project in Hollywood, California. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, her expertise spans the acquisition, entitlement, development, financing, leasing, management, and disposition of projects in the retail, office, industrial, multifamily, land and hospitality markets. Before joining Resmark, she was Senior Vice President of Development for Price Legacy Corporation, a publicly traded REIT. Prior to Price Legacy, she spent 15 years as a private developer and asset manager in the San Diego, California area. Ms. Wilson holds a California real estate broker license, and received a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Finance from San Diego State University.
